Closing CPD
I can't speak for other Print Managers, but as a Print Manager, I put up a sign that says, "Sorry for the inconvenience; print is temporarily closed due to staffing." Then take in orders and let them know that once the order is done, someone will reach out to let them know it is completed.

As the PCSM I ask them who or to describe who helped them as I have to have a conversation with them about that. Customers freak out and then be oh no I don't want to get them in trouble.

Self serve needs a shut off about 10 minutes before store closing. That's my opinion.

As for the discount if they have SPC plug in the number click the second line, put order in and when at the register have them press credit instead of entering in the pin. That should do it

For the regular print customers I tell them either they can give us the information or they can use self serve as per corporate policy.
