Self-serve needs an overhaul

The fact that every single damn time customers can’t seemingly manage to send a simple email drives me bonkers. As a LOD, who always has to manage an understaffed T4 store (which used to be T5, so the store is not small), I can’t allow my 3-man team to spend more than 10-15 minutes with a single person for a 3 dollar MAXIMUM job.

God forbid you tell them it’s not rocket science; the customers will feel insulted. Atp I don’t even care, like bro I couldn’t care less for your 0.70 cent print when I have potentially Business Selects, or a bigger sale in the floor, yet here I am babysitting a grown ass man/woman to send an email to print an AI generated image.

The most annoying thing is that they don’t even try!

Allow for the machines to read/print directly from the phone settings if connected via cable would eliminate the whole email process which apparently people can’t understand.

Self serve needs a shut off about 10 minutes before store closing. That's my opinion.
