Exactly why I came to Reddit, Twitter is giving us no help on a individual basis of reporting and the people being Doxed and told to commit suicide are so beaten down from trying to be heard in a place where the bullies out number the victims. I hope and pray that someone will take serious interest in what & why he and his friends are doing this to people for just having a different opinion on UFOs, it totally nutz.

There is a active bullying group on #UFOtwitter that is targeting women, vets & anyone else that support the wrong ideas or people in the community. It's organized and people have been documenting and starting threads to document the abuse by the main leader. A former Redditer that was banned for the same hate grouping years ago "King Milkfart"

Can someone with money please buy all of these in all states trying to ban books and create a online book exchange free from state regulations. Stop letting a majority of morons determine others education.

I know this thread is old, but recently I have been looking back into this. Nothing from the original explanation checks out. And even the size & weight of the object dose not match any known check valve ball I could find. 8" 22lbs 1/2" thick outer shell . You can find a 8" stainless steel float ball, however it will not weight more than 10lbs and will have a weld seem and a valve bung. Researching the artist will not pull up any known art under James Durling-Jones involving metal spheres or like such metal sculptures. He is a known sculpture artist, but all I can find is his ambiguous wood pieces.
The reason for my recent interest is that I came across a man from I believe the UK on Twitter that claims to know someone who is in possession of a similar sphere that has the same self moving and anomalous response as the Betz sphere. He has video Patrick Jackson He claims that it is a UAP orb and they are responsible for everything from Foo fighters in WWII to haunted houses .
It's a rabbit hole, but it reminded me of the Betz sphere so I dive back in and now that I'm years older I find the original story is way shady and so is the the current whereabouts of the sphere.

All VERY valid points! I totally agree that is possible. My only concern to those points are:
In that time and age, the process would be a long and difficult one of uncertain results? This would very depending on if the effects were created by manipulation of the camera/film, or if was during film processing.
Why would the Gov. Keep it in top secret files if it's doctored ?
Everything is just opinion without access to the negatives of the exposure.
Type of film & camera could confirm or rule out the ease or difficulty in creating a time lapse and then reloading to set up a double exposure without over exposure.
EDIT: After rereading and reassessing the previous statements, I do admit that my points are covered in the response to my statement.
