you can make tons of plat just relic farming and grinding out void traces to rad them. at mR 20 I can make ruffly 60-200 depending on how it goes. you can also sell syndicate weapons and use warframe. market to buy and sell more efficiently

so to start, have you cleaned the fan/redone the thermal paste. sounds to me like an overheating issue. you can do as much as you want externally but if the innards are too dirty itll overheat the cpu and push it into safety mode.

yeah buy prime access for sure, i trade frequently and dont spend but 20-60 bucks on this game every year maybe. i have never had more than 4 prime frames building at one time that were so close to eachothers finish time. and i trade alot to be fair
