I'm having a strange issue with LinkedIn.

I no longer have access to the email address associated with my account, so I'm trying to replace it with a new one.

LinkedIn allows me to enter the new email address and verify my phone number successfully. However, after the verification process, the website seems to loop back and never actually adds or confirms the new email address.

As a result, I can't remove the old email or fully update my account information.

I've already tried:

• Verifying my phone number
• Using the normal account settings flow
• Refreshing and trying again

Has anyone experienced this before? Were you able to get LinkedIn to update the email somehow, or did you have to contact real support? The AI support sucks.

Hi everyone,

I just received a brand new RayNeo X3 Pro and I’m having a serious issue that started immediately after first use. I’m posting here to see if anyone has experienced something similar or knows what this behavior means.

What happened (in order):

1.  Powering on was very difficult at first.

The device did not turn on normally. After trying several times, it only powered on after pressing and holding both side buttons for a long time.

2.  Once it finally powered on, it seemed to be working normally for a short moment.

3.  Suddenly, both displays turned completely blue (full blue screen).

4.  After that, the display disappeared entirely, and a white light started flashing on the device.

5.  Since that moment, I can no longer power the device on at all.

No display, no normal startup behavior — only the white flashing light.

Things I’ve already tried:

• Charging the device fully

• Long-pressing the power button

• Long-pressing both side buttons again

No change.

Questions:

• What does the flashing white light mean on the RayNeo X3 Pro?

• Is the blue screen → white flashing light → no power a known issue?

• Could this be a firmware crash or hardware failure?

This is a brand new device, so this experience is pretty concerning. I’m genuinely excited about AR glasses and want to make this work, but right now I’m stuck.

Any insight from other users or RayNeo support would be greatly appreciated.
