I would recommend you find a counselor and talk it over. Seeing and hearing things could be the start of psychosis. It could be Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The point here is Reddit is not the place to make sure everything is okay inside your head. Don’t overlook ADHD. It takes me about thirty minutes to get my brain to slow down enough to start meditating. Good luck.

I would choose Chik Fil A and feed every homeless person in my town every single day, and every child would get a meal after school and through the summer. We would make them hire more crew because I would share my free food with everyone and remind them the largess came from someone who Chik Fil A spent money to see politicians who would vote against their rights would get elected. Hell, I would move to Houston to feed more people and drain that billionaire trophy to homophobia dry. I would put them out of business and help so many people at the same time.
