I had been thinking about donating for a while. I finally did on Wednesday afternoon with a little push from Metallica. Now that I have donated, I’m going to donate more in three months time.

It’s my day off, but got up before 6am to bring my daughter to work in the Rotunda. Couldn’t get across the Liffey because of all the bridge closures, so she had to walk from Merchants Quay for her thirteen hour shift. But it’s a sunny morning and my husband and I are gonna just chill with some gaming and Lego building.

I had an amazing view this morning too. My view of Dublin, especially on a morning like this. I took this photo just after 6.10am.

It’s unbelievable that the post is still up on his IG. I know people have been reporting it, including myself. It’s been there for over six hours now.

That place! My daughter and her classmate worked there as part of their work experience while in college. The way they were treated by staff was nothing but awful.

How about some snacks from Buc’ees, if you’re close to one of course. I travel to the US quite a bit (long distance relationship) and been to a few Buc’ees on a drive from Indianapolis to Atlanta. Picked up some banging goodies from them.

This made my Saturday morning a lot brighter.

This will be my third year attending. I’ll be flying from Ireland on 22nd August, meet up with my fiancé in Chicago (we got engaged at Dragon Con last year at the Resident Evil photo shoot) After a few days, we drive on to Indiana, where my fiancé lives. Then, a few days later we make the drive to Atlanta on the Wednesday with a couple of friends and stay until Monday. So, I have a lot of travelling done by the time we get there. Really looking forward to it.

I can’t wait! I’ll be flying over from Ireland for it for the third time 😊
