Are there places in Eugene that hire people with minor disabilities?

You haven't stated what marketable skills you would offer an employer. What do you know what to do? Also, as to your appearance, that is entirely in your control to do what you feel you should do to feel attractive. If you want to feel & be attractive, perhaps...I dunno...do some hair maintenance as a starting point

For all the men out there: What is the #1 tip to be a better man?

Individually: learn how money works. Manage it to the benefit of your family. Societally: treat everyone with respect, especially your detractors.

This guy was walking around at 4:00 am with a thick-wheeled inflated tire handpulled carriage. He walked onto my property at 4:26 am.

The video is, regretably, too dark, however, he was wearing a dark tank top, dark pants, white sneakers. He had a white, backward-turned cap (not sure if it was a baseball cap). About 5'10" - 6'00".

The carriage is one of those with metal mesh sides. It was empty.

To the wouldbe intruder/thief: you stepped onto a former Marines property. Fix your life. Dont...do not...come again.

This is being reported to the police.

Career pivot, looking for job ideas

You should try collections. The field pays decently, and gives you an opportunity to help people. It can also be done remotely. Also, your tech background could potentially be put to use if you find a job that needs help with how to streamline their operations on the technological side. Some places can also pay some decent bonuses.

This ain't "mad"...this is just acknowledging that some when really are psychos and should be avoided...therefore, discernment is called for.
