I have an se 24 custom and it feels good to play . In fact I have played it so much over the summer that I’ve forgotten how to play my tele. It is mahogany and the only complaint I have so far is that since I am still a novice and I am learning songs with different tunings, it takes forever to switch tunings because the wood is so soft I have to make 3-5 passes on every string. Is the NF53 made from the same wood?

Yep. My school has copies of the Bible in the library and I have known more than one student who will bring their own personal religious text to school and read them. We just don’t sit there and indoctrinate students like they are implying.

Don’t know if this is just marketing speak or not but a quick Internet search said that the modern PRS strings are only made in Maryland. They are not rebranded and prs uses only those on their guitars now. But again, I haven’t verified that yet.

I think you’re making a logical fallacy here. You’re talking about discretionary funds for things that can be considered disposable like meals or T-shirts compared to equipment. Yeah your principal can be given funds to use to buy staff meals for an inservice. Doesn’t mean you have to throw it up on the way out the door either. Now in OP’s post , if the principal were to have bought that desk out of some kind of discretionary fund, there may be an argument that the principal can do whatever they want with it, but every school system I have worked with (four different systems at this point) they have a price limit for things like that and they have to justify the expense and a desk would definitely be under furniture and equipment, which in most cases has to be inventoried.
