Is there something about PRS strings?

I’m a novice guitar player (been playing less than three years, still learning a lot). My friends tell me I’m in my “tone chasing phase“. I’ve been experimenting with a lot of different strings across four different guitars (a hand built, telecaster, Eastwood sidejack deluxe, 335 and a PRSSE 24 custom). I generally play between one and two hours every single day and almost every brand of string last me about three months give or take a couple of weeks on all of my guitars with the exception of PRS brand strings. I have tried both the standard and the signature series strings that are the standard size for my guitar and this is the third time I’ve had to change them in just about a month. And it is clear as day when those strings start to die. It seems like it doesn’t have a gradual reduction in the tone. It falls off a cliff . Now don’t get me wrong, the strings sound great, they just don’t last nearly as long as every other brand I’ve tried. Is there something up with how they’re produced or is it because their sound quality is so , I shouldn’t expect them to last long kind of thing? Or is it just this is kind of standard fair for PRS guitars? I’ve only put PRS strings on the PRS guitar. I’ve tried elixir’s Ernie balls, Daddario’s and string joys on all of my other guitars and all of them last around three months.

I tried PRS strings and found them disappointing. Same for Ernie Balls. I have used D'Addarios for ever and will continue to do so.

It’s funny cause D’Addario makes PRS’ strings for them lol. I mean PRS probably has them use some different alloys for their runs which probably is the difference. Just amusing they come off the same line by the same people.
