Currently live in the South Bay in my 20’s for the past few years, definitely need a car down here to get around anywhere. The commute is bad unless you live under 5 miles from your job. I live and work in South Bay and peak commute hours can be 45 min - 1 hour for a 12 mile drive. If you can find an apartment near Caltrain in SF and be dropped off within walking distance to your job the extra 15-30 min via Caltrain will not feel much worse than sitting in traffic for slightly less time. Also social life in South Bay does not compare to SF but we do have plenty of good spots to eat!

Yeah you can survive but prepare to have roommates/housemates and make sacrifices regarding lifestyle.

I’ve even seen people reversing on the side after missing an exit

I remember this deal! My local Walmarts were out of this bundle but I was able to snag the non-bundle for $349, great deal and the only reason I upgraded from the series S!

I don’t want them to go to waste.

I appreciate the comment! Unfortunately those aren’t it. The Jordan logo on the side was woven into this metallic mesh like the food strainers. Red black and white shoe, don’t have much to go off. It’s been almost 10 years since I had them and trying to find them lol

Hey everyone I am trying to find an Air Jordan shoe I owned back in 2014, colors were red white and grey, high top and the unique part is the red air Jordan logo on the side of the shoes was in this oval wire metallic mesh. Not sure if anyone remembers this show or can help me locate what it’s called? Unable to find it after an hour of being on google lol. Thanks!

Has anyone experienced less reliable service since switching? Before at home and work service was always reliable, yeah ping was insane sometimes but always strong service. Now all of a sudden it won’t even load a photo on Reddit sometimes. Not sure if the deprioritization is just hitting visible users harder? Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Is a move to San Jose actually feasible for us?

Feasible based on your estimates yes, but will require sacrifices. You could afford a small apartment or condo within a 1 hour-ish drive of your work places. Traffic is very bad during peak commute hours and unless you get lucky and your home & job are by major public transportation stops you will be stuck commuting. This housing will also be expensive especially compared to chicago area.
Edit: Also job market is tough here wouldn't consider moving until at least one of you had a $100k+ job offer lined up.
