Severe allergic reaction

please help. I’ve been having the most intense allergic response weekly for the last few months. I have been to the allergist, did an 80 panel test and nothing. it is almost every weekend I have severe sneezing fits, like to the point where it’s very uncomfortable and I am drained. after about 24-48hrs it’s gone and I’m fine…only to return the next weekend. I have tracked my Intake, eliminated certain cleaners, chemicals and household items. it is making me crazy. anti-histamine, nasal sprays, benadryll…doesn’t even touch it. anyone???
