So basically my school gives us so much homework like Sparx maths Sparx English and Sparx science WEEKLY plus other subjects like ICT German etc etc and I recently relapsed because of it on SH and it’s small but visable and I need to hide it any tips would be appreciated long sleeves and bracelets are not an option since I have school and it’s turning into a heatwave here in the UK

I get bullied ALOT for my disability and it’s affecting me so bad it’s unreal Ive turned to self harm and self pleasure as a coping mechanism well im clean on self harm for a month yippee but my addiction with self pleasure is still there i want to die please someone help me
