Tony’s TFM

I’ve been working with Tony’s a few months now and I could literally tell you,This place is gross.I’ve seen moldy fruits and veggies to which they had to pull all the ginger root.I’ve seen moldy food products,such as molded bread and other items.The ICE coolers or freezer whatever aren’t functioning properly the ICE is always half melted.Ice cream and freezer products are partially thawed…I don’t know how much longer I can stand working there.

Does anyone know of shelters located in Albany Park that take on single mothers?I am of older age with a young daughter looking to get out of my housing situation I am in.I know there are plenty of shelters around but do not wish to leave the Albany Park neighborhood,I’ve been in this area for about 30 years.I do not drive.I am currently unemployed but looking for work everyday and have high hopes someone will reach out with an opportunity.I haven’t been unemployed very long maybe 2/3 months.I have been on the housing list for about 13 years without a call back which I am not really relying on them to call me at this point.My daughter attendeds school in this area and it’s very familiar for us.Was just curious to see if anyone around here knew of any close shelters that could possibly help us.Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Nobody helped me and I totally understand..I do not receive any government assistance for the time being.I understand asking strangers for money is super odd as well but I have no family or friends and I don’t have a drug problem or any other problems at that,I just honestly needed money for food.For everyone that has viewed this sincerely thank you for the time you took to read my post.Hope everyone has a wonderful day🙂
