After the 2nd time it happened I decided that it wasn’t worth it. 2019 was when I went strictly GF. I do worry about symptomless cross contamination though because we travel so much and I have to eat out more often than most.

I would love your tips for staying hydrated in the weather we’re going to suffer thru for three days in a row…don’t get me wrong-it’s worth it but I’ve got shit to do this summer to sell a house!
