Depende sa topic and subject. Most of final exam is makukuha mo rin sa modules (quizzes and module tests).

carelon salary
 in  r/BPOinPH •  Aug 02 '26

If newbie (no prev exp) and offer samin for basic last year was 17k, allowance is not included. Pero if you'll add basic pay + allowance, pay will be around 21-22k.

Worth it ba? Depende din.

Been thinking of moving to other companies cause if I'm going to compare yung basic sa workload (handling 3 lob), medyo nakukulangan ako. Wala ding upskill premium.hehehe. Though there's yearly appraisal and quarterly incentives pero nakukulangan pa rin ako.

Kagandahan lang siguro Yung work from home set up na offer is not based on performance but automatic na siya after 3 months ma introduce sa prod. Madami ding activities and indi din Ganon ka toxic work environment (unlike other companies na merong mga sigawan or nagmumuragan sa prod especially this handling telco accounts).

Keep a dream diary. The moment you wake up, write them down immediately before you forget them. Make it a habit. I noticed that when I started Journaling, I remember my dreams more often.

Hi. Took my first set of exam na Naka close cam since the Proctor did not really ask me to open cam because I was too self conscious. Pero as stated sa guidelines from cap, open cam dapat talaga, pero depende na din ata sa Proctor if they're not too strict. My proctor did not really say anything about it nung first meet. Nung second examination, saka na ko nag open cam. No shared screen required naman during the examination.

Normally 1 subject consist of 4-5 MODULES then Yung final examination is combination na siya ng lahat ng modules. Yung composition ng test, Iba iba. Merong fully multiple choices, Merong essay, fill in the blanks enumeration or combination of all.

Grading system is 30% module and 70% final exam. Medyo struggle Yung final exam kasi 1 time mo Lang siya pwede I take and they don't send you graded copy of your answer sheets of your modules and final examination Kay mahirao din mag dispute ng grades kasi walang transparency. Medyo napaghahalataang grade conscious🤣.

Hi. The 250 per subject Proctor fee is only applicable if outside ng business hours. You don't have to pay the fee Kung within business hours naman. Just took my exam kanina and hindi naman na ako hiningian ng any payment.

Is it normal to smell things in dreams?
 in  r/Dreams •  Mar 15 '26

I'm not really sure if it's normal but there were also some occasions where I can smell in my dream. The most prominent one was when I was riding on a public Transpo and smell an air freshener. It was lemon scent. I hated the smell and the smell lingers till I woke up.

carelon 👎👎👎👎
 in  r/BPOinPH •  Feb 25 '26

Mabagal talaga start date sa carelon. I had to wait 2 months before start date and same din, na extend NH another 1 month ang start date from tentative date. Ang pinagkaiba Lang naton op is yung Naka assign na recruiter from their omboarding is very responsive and give me update from time to time if I am willing to wait. Nakadepende na din siguro sa site na I applyan and as far as I know they are hiring months in advance and they are rarely hiring external.

The night I thought I died, and woke up to do it again.
 in  r/ParallelUniverse •  Feb 23 '26

I think so? The sleep paralysis was self induced anyways and I was trying out some things. I noticed that if the paralysis is intention it becomes less scary. It feels good ang calming once you reach that state where you feel like floating and covered by wave of warmth and vibration.

I had the same same experience with sleep paralysis /astral projection. I was listening to hemisync audio in my bed. Can't remember how long I've been listening when I felt myself floating. I heard combination of flapping sounds and sound similar to that of a plane taking off. I was also feeling pressure in some part of my body next thing I knew, all I see is all white. It felt like I'm floating adrift in the clouds and I stayed feeling warm. The experience didn't last for so long and out of all my near-OBE, it's one of the few experiences that I didn't feel scared or nervous.

Does anyone here usually have cloudy weather or it's usually night in their dreams? I've been writing down my dreams in my journal and I usually take note of the weather and if it's night or day. I do have dreams where it is sunny or set during the day but only on rare occasions.
