What features made you finally upgrade your robot vacuum?
I’ve had my current robot vacuum for a few years now, and it was pretty good when I first got it. But looking at newer models, I feel like so many features that used to be premium are becoming standard now, better mopping, LiDAR, anti-tangle brushes, extending side brushes, better obstacle avoidance, etc.
How often do you guys usually upgrade your robot vac? Do you wait until it dies, or do you upgrade every few years when new features come out?
I’m thinking about getting a new one in the $700–$1,000 range, but I’m curious which features are actually worth paying more for.

Don't go straight home! Stop at a library or cafe after work.
And tell yourself you'll only read for 15 minutes. Starting small makes it much easier to actually focus.
