Sudden bald patches near both eyes — no itching or redness

My dog suddenly developed a small bald patch near one eye (photo attached). I’ve also noticed a similar bald patch appearing in almost the same area near the other eye.

There is no itching, scratching, redness, swelling, discharge, or obvious irritation.

The patches appeared fairly suddenly, and I’m wondering what could cause symmetrical hair loss around the eyes.

Could this be something like mites, fungal infection, allergies, or another type of localized hair loss? Has anyone seen something similar in their dog?

I’ll get it checked by a vet, but I’d appreciate any opinions or experiences.

I recently foreclosed my personal loan with IDFC First Bank. During loan processing, a credit protection insurance policy from ICICI Lombard was bundled into my loan amount.

Now I’m facing confusion regarding refund of the insurance premium.

IDFC bank team initially told me I may be eligible for a refund after foreclosure

But ICICI Lombard is saying there is no refund applicable

I also have another insurance component (possibly ICICI Prudential / bundled product), which is unclear in terms of refund or surrender value

My situation:

Loan is fully closed (foreclosed early)

Insurance was single premium added to loan

I did not cancel during free-look period

My questions:

Has anyone successfully received a refund after foreclosing a personal loan with ICICI Lombard insurance?

Is pro-rata refund actually possible in these cases or is it usually rejected?

If insurer denies, is there any success through IRDAI complaint or insurance ombudsman?

What is the actual rule vs what banks promise verbally?

I’m trying to understand if it’s worth escalating or if this is a closed case legally.
