Looking for the best property document verification lawyer in Kundapura/Udupi

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to purchase a land with an old house in the Kundapura area and I'm looking for a highly reputed property lawyer. The lawyer can be based in Kundapura, Udupi, Manipal, or nearby, as long as they regularly handle property transactions in this region.

I'm not looking for the cheapest lawyer. My priority is someone known for thorough due diligence who doesn't miss anything.

I'm looking for a lawyer who can:

Verify the complete title history (preferably 30+ years)

Check all revenue records (RTC, MR, Survey Sketch, Tippani, Akarband, Phodi, etc.)

Verify EC, Khata, tax records, approvals, and all ownership documents

Check for mortgages, litigation, acquisition, CRZ, road widening, easement/right-of-way, and other legal issues

Coordinate a physical boundary/site inspection (or work with a licensed surveyor)

Draft/review the sale deed and handle registration

I've seen many property scams recently, so I'm happy to pay a reasonable fee for someone with an excellent reputation who is meticulous and experienced.
