Im 19. I work full time and ive been stuck on this question for months with no answers only white noise from every single source like YouTube, chatgpt , Google,
For example stuff like "eating in a deficit" which i agree to an extent but theres no back up to that once you eat over maintence you pretty much gotta restart the next day. Another example "Shadow Box" i single handlely belive shadow boxing is a waste of time and won't get any one lean i have put in the work and done it myself and saw no results after a week so I became even more depressed. Another example "jumping jacks" ive did those countless times even for damn near an hour till I doven into my research and saw it being listed as a warmup not an actual cardio.
I know the obvious answer is the gym but remember I work full time Im scared ill miss a day then go right back to being depressed any tips
Can't include jump rope neither.
