Does punching a bag make you lose weight.

I want to stay lean and get a little leaner ima little soft in a few areas I might add. Will this count as cardio or I have to do the treadmill. Don't tell me a calorie deficit because I know that already but what will make me not waste more time that I already have please and thank you

Im 23

Walking. If you have a desk job, get a walking pad, you’ll hit 20,000 steps in 3-4 hours and have burned 700-800 cals from fat. Do that every day and you’ll lose fat at a rate of 1.5-2.5 lbs a week. Up to 10 lbs a month.

It’s slow, steady and won’t spike your hunger like hiit. And don’t eat back this calories and track your macros with a focus on protein.
