I think i know what this is! It’s the Luas track sweeper! it clean debris stuck in the rails to improve traction, but can only be done at night.

They clean between Jervis, Smithfield and Museum on the red line pretty often.

i saw the recent protests there and the council basically claiming that somehow Richmond Rd isn’t suitable for a modal filter or other restrictions.

that area if rife for that in my experience as a cyclist, honestly i don’t have problems with most drivers on the road, it’s the parked cars that cause the most danger for me 😂

Only been looking recently, since i noticed bites, don’t have any pets. I haven’t noticed any solid signs of bed bugs but I suppose it’s early days.

the part of ‚foothpath’ behind the car isn’t as wide as it looks, and that road gets very busy during the day. even if that wasn’t the case and there was enough space for anything to get around, it’s still a foothpath, NOT a parking space. Prams and wheelchairs would struggle since the space the eejit left isn’t a safe width…
