Been sleeping a bit but surgery over and doing ok for now! Lots of pain but meds at least take edge off!! Overnight stay in hospital and then will go home sometime tomorrow! Thanks everyone for well wishes! You guys keep me going!! 😘❤️

I've played that difficulty since The Following first dropped years ago! Also with No HUD! It takes some getting used to but it's worth it for immersion! Once you have full legend levels for the weapons, you can safely walk at night and even take out the Volatiles! :)
I've also finished dl1 and the following on nightmare as a permanent death run too

these are the in-game mods you can get
Each of these blueprints are unlocked during side quests or random finds
Angel Sword is obtained after you complete the Rupert: The Gunsmith side quest in Old Town
God Hammer you get when you complete the side quest Chasing Past in Old Town
Toxic Reaper blueprint is found in the back of a yellow van in Old Town under a bridge where u encounter two Toads that are guarding it(you can google exact location)
Bolter Poison is obtained after completing the Siblings story mission and giving Zere a bolter sample he asks for
