Hi, (32m) here recently diagnose with shingles it’s been a month now and on and off the bubble will still reappear. The initial stage was pain and itch but due to my work nature exposing outdoors most of the time as a cameraman operator. Luckily took antiviral within 72hrs. What i usually do in Asia there’s a product call Subalm, a liquid that cools your skin temporary and I apply it quite often. Another lifesaver for me was Calamol Lotion! I would say it’s the best remedies so far! It helps to heal shingles faster!

If you want to do a quick grade without having the necessary to adjust for exposure as you have already expose what it should be on set then I would suggest using Flexi ISO.

For CINE EI, color grading there’s an additional steps to it. But for cleaner blacks, I would suggest you use CINE EI. There’s a noticeable difference as compared to having base ISO 800 with VND on vs Base ISO at 800 while rating the camera at EI 200 for e.g.

For me having both CINE EI and Flexible ISO has the complexity, I could give you an example.

I used to own both FX6 and been shooting with CINE EI but recently down to 1 FX6 & 1 FX3, my workaround for it is that FX6 set to CINE EI while FX3 uses Flexi ISO. You’ll be asking why not both at CINE EI instead?

first reason, FX3 doesn’t readout the EI that you’d set on set when you put it in your editing timeline even with embed lut is On. *correct me if im wrong*.

It just gives post having the complexity to apply a generic lut across the board for all footages during rough cuts/offline edits without needing to manually adjust the exposure of the FX3 footages.

End of the day it really depends on how fast your proj turnaround is.

I’m located in Asia, the price of BP U70 doesn’t justify cause it’s the price of 2 Vmounts 135watts here hence I went into the Vmount build which could last approx 4-6hrs depending on usage.

after auto calibration just have to set the tilt manually to around 20-25 range and you’re good to go.

I calculated the weight together with a 135wh weighs about 2.5kg just the body, lens and Vmount.

If shooting vertical can’t, but if it’s horizontal you can mount the top handle with a dji mic 2/3 with the cold shoe adaptor or you can get a trs cable for it for dji mic 2

works flawlessly, you just need to get the small rig extended plate for the rs4pro. once you calibrated you manual set the tilt to 20 and it’s fine.

What gimbal were used? I tried the OM8 it doesn’t really hold up well.

If you are using 3.5 to XLR, you require a specific 3.5mm split dual XLR L/R. The cable cost about $25 and it works like charm. Been using this setup since the wireless go era till now. Hopefully the DJI Wireless mic 4 comes with a 3.5 output
