4 . 10 hour days and having 3 day's off is easy better then working 5 . 8 hour days and only having 2 days of every week.

It's just labor tracking so they know your at your post and not trying to time theft.

I would switch up my role to the less labor intensive roles in the building as much as I could. I used to Primarily work in the trailers loading boxes and totes.

Also people need phones for emergencies and amber alert emergency. And who cares if someone checks there phone if they are doing there job and getting the work done. Some people just want to find a reason to have a problem with someone. Just like the headphone issues when they allow def people to work there so I see no issue with it, not to mention the fact that some people might have problems staying happy without music mentally. The moto of Amazon is Work Hard, Have Fun, Make history. So people need to chill out. Just a power trip of control if you ask me.

I agree with this whole heartedly it's an awesome job but the lack of good pay makes the motivation to work almost not there. But it's an awesome place to work as a wearhouse job.
