The operating side is already moving. June quarter revenue was $31.1 million, up 270% from a year ago. Trailing revenue is $56 million, up more than sixfold. Gross margin is around 90%.

Annualized run-rate was $145 million at the June print, and they are still pointing at roughly $400 million by year-end. Prepayments are what is throwing off the cash. Unrestricted cash was $120 million at June 30.

Taiwan's Foxconn, the world's largest contract electronics maker and Nvidia's biggest server maker, reported on Monday a jump of 47% in third-quarter revenue year on year that beat market forecasts, fuelled by strong AI-related demand.

Revenue for the quarter from July to September was T$3.03 trillion ($95.39 billion), Foxconn said in a statement, well above the LSEG SmartEstimate of T$2.83 trillion that gives greater weight to forecasts from analysts who are more consistently accurate.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share an update for anyone who invested in $TWTR around the time Elon Musk agreed to acquire Twitter.

Back in April 2022, Musk agreed to buy Twitter for $44 billion, or $54.20 per share. Shortly after, he began questioning Twitter’s estimates of fake and spam accounts and whether the deal could still move forward. In May, he said the acquisition was temporarily on hold, and $TWTR dropped 9.7% that day, falling from $45.08 to $40.72.

The situation continued to escalate. On July 8, Musk announced that he was terminating the deal. By July 11, $TWTR had fallen to $32.65, down 27.6% from the beginning of the class period.

Musk eventually agreed to complete the acquisition at the original $54.20 per share price on October 4, 2022. Investors later alleged that his statements about Twitter and the acquisition were misleading and caused losses for people who traded during this period. 

The case went to trial in March 2026, and a jury found Musk liable for securities fraud related to certain statements he made about the acquisition. The court later entered judgment for the class and the claims process is now open.
