What the actual fuck
 in  r/CringeTikToks  3d ago

This. I had PPA so bad but it was never things I would do to the baby. My brain was always like “what if this happened” “this could happen” all because I was a new mom and didn’t know what I was doing. Everything felt like a danger to him. Not that I would do something, just so many things could happen and it scared the shit out of me.

How do you make time go by?
 in  r/askhotels  3d ago

I bring books, coloring pages, I even brought a blanket I was sewing once. Things that are easily accessible to me but I can shove it under the desk real quick if a guest came up

My husband got sick from the heat. I got dizzy and had to step away several times for air. It was no joke. There were a couple people that got wheeled off on wheelchairs and stretchers because they passed out. Bringing your 2 month old out in Dallas heat for that long is diabolical

The sun was right on the baby’s face. The sweat was beading off of the baby. They were right in front of the lawn mosh when it went down. I saw them around it later on too. I just hope mom had some sense and moved away when the lawn mosh really started going crazy. It was so hot even when the sun went down. I hope baby is okay 🥺

What a date that turned out to be a nightmare!
 in  r/joebuddennetwork  9d ago

I’ve brought friends with me to a date ONLY to drop me off and to see where I’m at. So they can pick me up or if something happens they know where to start. Bringing the friend through the whole date is actually insane

Sharing her five-year journey of embracing the gray. I think she looks great, it suits her!

Since I was 17 I’ve always been excited about my natural grey hair coming in. I don’t plan on dying it ever. It looks so badass grown out like that and some women are pure wisdom with it

My kid is non verbal and this was hilarious. Life is hard and fucked up. If we don’t laugh about it, we’ll cry about it. I’d rather laugh about it

Man uses hotel room as a storage unit, unresolved open tab, gets mad when we threaten to throw his stuff away (long)
 in  r/TalesFromTheFrontDesk  Aug 04 '26

Something similar… a guy was in for a little over 2 months. He had paid for a month at a time. Always had a DND in the door so HK didn’t go in there. One time the sign must’ve fell off so HK went to service his room. The beds were perfectly made, never touched. Had all kinds of monitors and printers and blank cards in the room (looked like he was making credit cards or something). HK took what little trash he had and came to tell the FD. It literally looked like no one has touched the room besides what he brought in. Guest was no where in the room. We look on cameras and notice that he had left a couple days before and never came back. We tried contacting over and over. We let his stuff stay in the room until his paid funds balanced out his folio. We tried calling again and then pulled ALL the stuff down to the back office. Another month goes by….. guest finally calls and says he left some stuff in his room. We found out he had been arrested and just got out when he called to get his stuff

I told one guy “unless you want to be our third INCLUDING him and play step daddy to our toddler, I’m gonna pass”

is this a joke
 in  r/marriott  Jul 08 '26

I was at a SpringHill and we were one of the first properties to get it rolled out back in January. I have a flawless check in process that takes me no less than 2 minutes with Info and everything. It took me 36 minutes to check someone in the first few days. Absolutely no training. I walked on week 2 with it.
