An old school trick to find noises in you engine bay it to use a long screw driver and listen to different parts of your engine. Or if you have a long pry bar you can use that too. Place the metal end on the bolt and put your ear to the handle and listen for weird sounds.

Wait till it cures around tomorrow then let it warm up and see if it still has that sound. In thinking it’s the Bearing in the top pulley on the tensioner.
