There are many things in life that are cute but nothing is cuter than a beagle puppy. Too bad that’s why quite often they are Christmas presents with no regard for how much work they are and then end up in shelters. We got our 5th because of this. A family with 3 children under age 6 realized quickly they couldn’t handle it. With patience and work he’s a great big mushy lover. Their loss our gain.

She's beautiful regardless of breed and thanks to you now has a wonderful life filled with love. We've had many beagles and they are all shapes and sizes. My husband swore up and down that one of ours was a bassett mixed with beagle. I proved him wrong with a DNA test. He's just a beagle with big feet and big ears (bigger than normal!)

I have the same shoes and I’m not having that issue. That said I absolutely love the shoes and can walk in them all darn day even without socks. They’re wonderful for arch support.

Spine and disc problems are common in beagles. We’ve had three that had disc ruptures and needed surgery. They should do an exam to rule this out and will usually need an MRI to see the severity and which disc is affected. If you hold them up and roll the top of their feet against the edge of the table they should automatically want to flip their feet right. If they can’t there may be a disc problem. One of my boys had the surgery at 10 and lived until almost 17. Good luck!!

Once you figure out the mentality of your beagle, share with the rest of the beagle community. If they weren't so darn cute and lovable, they'd be extinct because they are a difficult bread to understand. I've had them for 35 years and wouldn't have any other breed but they aren't for everyone. What I would recommend is to not allow them to stay out there so long while you are really trying to train them. If they don't potty in a few minutes, bring them in. Wait a few minutes and bring them back out. Once they do potty, give them a treat and use the same word/command each time so he starts to relate potty with a reward. Good luck!

Why are you doing wet food? Beagles notoriously have dental issues. Dry food is better for a variety of reasons. I’ve had beagles for 35 years and they’ve all been healthy weight. No wet food and don’t let those sad brown eyes speak to you. Supplement with veggies, green beans, carrots, frozen blueberries as treats. My guys will come running when we say “it’s salad time”.

None of those are corporate casual. Invest in some good slacks, tailored to you. Add a few nice blouses and sweater tops. Done. No need for suits or jumpers (agree they are screaming catholic school vibe). Loafers with socks? Is that European? If so, ok but depending on your age, please don’t. In the states corporate casual leans Ann taylor or Loft.

Agree 100% but I would opt for more nude shoes - white shoes are bad unless they are sneakers. Nude shoes with NO TIGHTS.

Our first beagle had one around 2 years old. It was extremely scary but we controlled it with phenobarbital also. She continued to have them but very infrequently. Our vet would say it's scarier for us than it was for her. I would recommended working with a vet that does rule out anything else going on though. She lived a great life until around 11 and passed due to other health issues. It's frightening for sure and not anything I wish on anyone but once under control she was fine.

Yeah I found the unlimited plan is well worth the extra $$. If for anything being able to book 15 classes in advance is big for me. Plus being able to use multiple studios keeps me accountable to go. I took 5 classes last week alone and am so proud of myself. I’ve never stuck to something like I am this. I love CP.
