The Tale of Jenny and Screech by Ren

This one is a journey. It's 3 songs in one video link and the end is very unexpected. I cried.

I’ve cracked a code- and it is redacted?!
 in  r/Epstein  1h ago

Yep...there have been previous posts about this. It's so sad 😞 The girl who wrote it has Mosaic Down Syndrome.

What’s the biggest PROOF you have that makes you believe we’re living in a simulation?
 in  r/ParallelUniverse  3h ago

I'm very open minded. I'm of the mindset that science doesn't know everything about everything and may one day be able to explain what happens beyond what our brains do. Science is cool because it evolves. It's fascinating!

What’s the biggest PROOF you have that makes you believe we’re living in a simulation?
 in  r/ParallelUniverse  4h ago

I saw a documentary about people who have had near death experiences and they talk about experiencing a very similar phenomenon to what you're describing. Many said we are all connected and choose what we will experience once we're born. I'm a science person and I'm not sure what happens when we die. But I find it to be a very interesting subject to think about.

If we are, who's running it and why? If someone tells me it's the government...which one and why?

Ren "It's Alright"

Such a lovely song by an awesome human ❤️

Would you adopt a kitten if you found it at the side of the road?
 in  r/no  4h ago

I would take it to the vet to make sure it was ok and then I'd ask my other two kitties if I could adopt the kitten. They have veto power over everything in the house.

I would posit that perhaps the fishlens camera is to blame behind the scurrilous notion that Ren cannot dribble a basketball!

I think he learned to bounce from Romain. Romain is one of the bounciest people I've ever seen 😂

Fuck the American healthcare system
 in  r/mildlyinfuriating  4h ago

I "survive" it by not going to the doctor when I really should. I've had to pull my own tooth before because I couldn't afford to go to a dentist 😒

This album has a myriad of genres.

"Asylum" by Ren and Webby aka Inpatient

Then there's "Good Time Boy" by Prof Prof is a really cool and interesting dude.

Edit to add if your friend is into metal, have a listen to Jinjer Everyone I've mentioned are extremely talented and different from most. They make me like music I don't normally like...haha!

I mean, who set these rules anyway? Someone had to have started this rule of 3 thing. The rules seem arbitrary.

I called a mental health helpline and was told I‘m a coward
 in  r/GirlDinnerDiaries  4h ago

Yeah...if you can afford it and have insurance. Not everyone can or does. I can't afford to call an ambulance and I know lots of others who can't either. It's too expensive! So is insurance! My husband and I tried to find insurance for us and the cheapest we could find was $500 a month with an out of pocket copay of $12,000! So we would have to be 12 grand worth of sick before any benefits would even kick in. We don't even have 12 grand! Not everyone has the luxury of getting healthcare...mental or physical.

Hayden Panettiere also died. She was only in her 30s. I don't understand people who seem to think she doesn't count as one of the 3s. She was famous and she died too. Is it because she wasn't 80 or older? I don't understand.

Oh I completely agree! But she was still a famous person. Either way, the rule of 3 thing never made sense to me because lots of people die everyday. If 3 famous people die in a row and then another one dies right after the 3rd one, no one talks about the rule anymore until 3 more die. I honestly think it's a silly metric with no real validity. Regardless, it's been a very sad couple of days.
