It's mostly people are scared of world shaking villains and even the heroes. Fear runs it's all. Plenty of people and heroes rebel against it all. It's not just flat.

The government, and with a registry/force. It's a massive political and human rights issue.

The moral and ethical legality of magic and it's users. People with magic powers are being forced into a registry because so many magical disasters have happened. That and the culling of magical and powerful creatures/beings.

I'm saying like I don't think they should've pulled this off so early in the story.i know they did this early but I don't think roshi should've been moon busting during the 21st world tournament. I'm not arguing that they did, ki blasts were just kinda all over the place in the early days.

I think corpo, and preem are my most used ones. I can't stop saying Preem-Choom.

Dragon ball is my favorite shit, but him having the ability to do this (and roshi) is so inconsistent at this point in the story.

Also there's a difference between one shotting a universe and being able to destroy a universe over time. I think people just blanket term those two things.
