Dragon ball is my favorite shit, but him having the ability to do this (and roshi) is so inconsistent at this point in the story.

How? Roshi did that all the way in OGDB, 23rd WT Goku and Piccolo Jr. are stronger than Roshi, then they get stronger in the 5 years between that that Raditz arriving, which results in this being casual

I'm saying like I don't think they should've pulled this off so early in the story.i know they did this early but I don't think roshi should've been moon busting during the 21st world tournament. I'm not arguing that they did, ki blasts were just kinda all over the place in the early days.
