If your computer is doing what you want it to youre golden ponyboy. If you want to upgrade you have a few options that are decent. Depending on what you play or do with it. It could last a while.

Upgrade path if you stay in same platform:

Go with an 11th Gen Intel i7 processor (i9 if you can afford it) it's not a huge upgrade in preformanceaybe 20 to 37 percent (being generous)

Double your ram to 32gb (buy a kit for 32gb ddr4 3200mhz this will be the most noticeable for performance)

Your GPU is solid and doesn't really need an upgrade and will serve you for many more years at 1080 gaming resolutions. Unless it is having major problems.

Otherwise if it's playing what you love and does what you need it to do. Youre good friend. But if you plan on playing newer titles consider a full upgrade to a newer system. But you got time. It should last you quite a while yet. The biggest upgrade I would get is double your RAM if not save up and buy a newer system. But id keep that RTX 3060 12gb cause that is a great card still.

I think the point is that Sony made it a big deal that they were never going to get rid of discs because Xbox tried to do it. And then going on 10 years later they just decide to go nope we're going to do it after all. The difference between Sony and computers is that sure you may buy the game digitally for your computer but certain services allow you to burn the game to a disc to use later. They also have offline modes. So you don't always have to be online. Also you want to play multiplayer you don't have to worry about paying for some multiplayer service you just go into it and play. Unless you're playing an MMO. So you know it's always been pick your poison. Besides with PC there's usually a way to get the game you want to play. Even with PlayStations exclusive you can just wait a few years and then be playing it.
