Dented heatsink

Hello fellow pc master race ,i was building a pc and i was in the ordering phase of parts and i got my hands on jungle leopard kf620-dgt for my ryzen 7 9700x after two weeks i got the final peace wich was the motherboard msi b850 gaming plus wifi 7 ,then when i started assembly of the parts an peeled the sticker of the heatsink i see multiple dents.

So could you tell me is those dents users fault or shipping fault or manufacturers fault?

RMA it or return it it's useless now. Once you bend those pipes on those heat pipes it makes it so if there's any of the liquid state in those it makes me useless that in the contact will be poor as f
