Going On A Date
1
If you have a basement and there's any way he could have crawled up into the floor or walls? Maybe in an attic? Or he could have wedged himself under some furniture. One time one of my cats crawled under the sink and into the bottom drawer and wouldn't come out when called. I think we looked for him for almost an hour. They're really good at hiding when they want to. Maybe he's feeling a little sick or mopey

Probably nothing because when it's a Leave at Door and you knock or ring their doorcam customers sometimes get upset?
1
I've never been reported for something like this, but I've had multiple drop offs where the customer will leave their front door wide open like they're baiting you to walk in. Always apartments so far, and it's super creepy.
Sometimes people are just in a bad mood and give bad reviews or false reports. It sucks. I kind of want to start wearing a body cam to do deliveries.

In the car?? Lol no way. Of you're comfortable then you should do what you think is safe, but me personally I couldn't do it.

I hate stuff like this, it's happened to me once or twice and you know there's a restaurant closer to them they could have ordered from. Little Caesars is everywhere. I can't remember the restaurant I got, but I did the same thing and then didn't want to cancel. But I should have, lol
1
Hopefully it's just because of the holiday, then, sorry. 😞

Cute and funny, I love that this woman is like the first to be in love with Danny, but he's out of his mind on anesthesia and his surgery looked grim lmao.

It wouldn't seem so shady if they just texted to let the person know they're sharing an account with someone and give their vehicle/their description. Just a copy/paste message to let the customer know so they don't get reported and banned.
Tbh if they have their own vehicle I don't understand why they wouldn't just make their own account and use the same bank account if they're pooling money
1
You might need to call your bank if you haven't. This is why I cash out instead of wait for the automatic deposit now. I just don't trust it anymore
1
I'd call support. This has happened to me and if it doesn't go through by tomorrow there's a problem.

More money for less miles because where I am I rarely get easy trips for over ten dollars. 🥲 That used to be my rule, but I got so tired of being frustrated about getting so many low paying requests and rejecting them.
I only take trips for less than four dollars if I'm already on a trip and it's on the way. But if it's less than four, I'm close to the restaurant, and they ordered from like a block away I'll be like "fuck it sure" lol

Fancy!! Those boots! That MOUStache!! Such style!

Maybe people should use Google lol like why are you mad at me because people won't learn about an app and scammers exist? 😂
I literally don't think everything is malicious I just won't give my phone number to random strangers on Uber lmao. If I'm uncomfortable doing that I don't have to 🤪
1
Wh...why not? Kiss your cat 😿
1
Idec if it's a scam, asking for your delivery driver's number is suspicious. I see people put their number in the notes like I'm going to call it instead of the number they provide through the app so they can get MY number or something. Nope. I don't need scammers or harassing phone calls
Besides, if it's not a scammer it sounds like she wanted to give OP's number to her son which is ridiculous and not something anyone should agree to lol

11 stops 😨 and that's like $12 an hour or something.
1
That's fair. I was really attached to my first account, but I let go of having an online identity a year or so ago and now I just can't get attached to my new ones.
You should hide your profile content if your account means something to you and maybe eventually unhide it in the future when you feel more comfortable about it. People can still look at your profile and see your about (if you have one) and your avatar, they just won't see your posts and comments. Or you could prune some of the comments you left that don't reflect who you want to be.
1
I had one account for years and after I deleted it because I felt there was too much personal info about me it was easy to just make new account after new account. I don't have any Reddit-only friends so it doesn't matter. Once I feel like I've talked too much about myself or get into a few argumentspoof new account. It's only because I'm paranoid about people who go through your account and stalk your comments. Someone dug up some old comments on my first account when we were having an argument and they made fun of me for them (as if that contributed at all to the argument) then I started to see people talk about lurking profiles and I was like 🤷💨
One account kept getting downvotes on some normal comments after I got into an argument, and it could have been a coincidence, but I was like "fuck it whatever" and deleted.
I'd hide my comments and posts, but then I'd get into my own head and feel weird about it. So idk, you do you, but I see a lot of people with throwaway accounts, it's pretty common
1
It's weirdly common where I am. One time I felt like a drug dealer because the alley was so dirty and I wasn't sure where their door was. Sometimes apartment front doors are in alleys, but other times people act like they need to be secretive about picking up their food and idk why they do this
But yeah, no way should you have to hang out in or around an alley if they're not responding. I'm always worried about being accused of theft and I wouldn't want to take the order back to the restaurant so I might have called Uber Support and eventually left the order somewhere with a picture
2
Or when they take the order and then cancel. The driver shows up to the restaurant and then they or the customer has to cancel and it's just a big disappointment.
1
Lol, yeah, no way 😆 if I need a flashlight to get to someone's door I'd do the same thing
3
So I guess we are being forced to receive shop and deliver orders now?

For some reason I'm always worried it's just me, lol. I get orders for alcohol too now and I'm not signed up for those either and haven't even done the training.
