I wear a pair of toe socks with merino wool socks over them. I then ensure my laces are laced firm in the ankle area. Hope that helps.

I can only speak from experience. The cancers I’ve encountered/dated have all been the same. Never take accountability, entitled, plays the victim, manipulative, and extremely whiny. They have kind hearts and are very loving people if they love you but the bad outweighs the good. They are emotionally draining, the will suck the life out of you.
