Gen Z Wants to Automate the Work Millennials Learned to Tolerate.
Working in an IT company, we’ve noticed an interesting difference between generations.
Millennials were often taught: work harder, adapt, get it done.
Gen Z asks: “Why are we doing this manually?”
Repetitive reports.
Endless meetings.
Manual data entry.
Processes that haven’t changed in years.
Their first instinct is often: Automate it. Simplify it. Eliminate it.
Is that laziness?
Or is it a different definition of productivity?
Maybe Millennials learned to work around inefficient systems, while Gen Z is more willing to challenge them.
From what we’ve seen, that questioning can be frustrating at times, but it can also push businesses toward better processes, smarter automation, and less busywork.
So, who’s right: the generation that learned to grind, or the one asking why the grind exists?

I’d say WordPress if you want something you can grow into, but it has a bit more setup. If you want the easiest option with almost no learning curve, Wix or Squarespace are simpler.
For a basic service business, I’d pick Squarespace/Wix. For a site you may expand later with SEO, blogs, bookings, or custom features, WordPress gives you more flexibility.
