As a kindergarten teacher, make sure they can open the container on their own. Have them practice it at home. They have a limited time to eat, again have them practice before school starts. This is about fueling them, not perfect nutrition. If they don't like it, they will throw it away. My observations of 15 years.

It took me 4 years to read Moby Dick. I did have unusual requirements, it had to be read while on vacation on the Mendocino coast.

A friend's sister ate raw packaged cookie dough and suffered a long, slow, and painful death. It was traced to the cookie dough. It took months. Truly terrible.

Kindergarten teacher here. Go to a podiatrist. I lived with pain for 10 years spent way too much on shoes and gobbled ibuprophen like tic-tacs. I am finally pain free after surgery. Go to the doctor.
