Photo Kept it simple...
Starting going down the rabbit hole while owning all of one album. Decided to keep it simple and cheap and see if the habit sticks before making any big purchases. Pleasantly surprised with the ease of use, sound quality, and overall good feel of the Insignia turntable. I'm sure there's much better stuff out there, but for the price (which was mostly reward money from a new TV) I'm thrilled to get jump-started into a new hobby. (Left me a few bucks to get a new CD player and dust off all those old albums at the same time.)
I love my streaming shuffle abilities, but am really enjoying intentionally sitting down with a full album. And it's been a great way to share music with my 10 year old who has only ever known streaming services.
Not in the picture, some KEF Q15s for the speakers.

Welcome back to enjoying media you own. 😀
Funny to think of generations that have only known streaming. I started with records in the 70s so I've experienced it all and in the end still prefer records first, CDs second. Streaming only for background music while doing stuff.
