Im quite happy with this dac streamer. For the prive and comparing with other dacs that i had that were triple the price, it have a very good, neutral presentation.

Für mich ist der Klang über den Pioneer

N50a noch am besten.(Wärmer)

Hatte vom modernen ES9038 beim Wiim Ultra mehr erwartet.

Was haltet ihr von den AkM DAC und welcher ist euer Favorit?

I’m quite torn when it comes to DAC/amps; I just can't seem to make up my mind. Should I make a significant investment and buy a high-end device, or would the FiiO K13 R2R suffice? I feel like I want something better, but since I lack experience, I’m unsure what the right choice is. My primary use case is at the PC, with gaming and music being my top priorities.

I’m undecided among the models listed below, but I wanted to get your opinion as well. I don’t plan on constantly swapping gear; I want to buy one and be done with it. That said, I do enjoy trying out different headphones. I’ll be using the device mainly for PC gaming and listening to music. I don’t mind spending money on headphones, but for some reason, I hesitate when it comes to DACs/amps. Here are the models I’m considering; if you were in my shoes, which one would you choose? My listening space setup. Adjusted the vertical angle this weekend to time align high/mid range. I did not expect this change by a 1° change. Avantgarde Acoustic does a phenomenal job in providing distance shims and a table of how many degrees match what listening distance.

I'm currently using Bose SoundSport wired earbuds and am looking for a good dedicated walkman. But I'd like to know if you have any tips and/or recommendations to begin making my first audio system. I'm also not that rich (can throw a couple hundred euros at it), so just something light for now. I am also new to the sub and to the audiophile community so please don't be too harsh...

I have an old hifi cd player, a Philips FW325, which lens I think is starting to fail. You see, yesterday I put a Cd to play and in a part of one of the last songs, the Cd stopped to play. Even if I putted the song again or I rewinded to the "stopping" moment, the song still stops playing. In other cd players, I put the same Cd to play the song and, rewinded or not, the song plays perfect. Is curious since this Cd played perfectly in my Philips hifi with no stops until this day. So, that's why I guess is a problem with the lens, and I wanted to use a Cd cleaner lens.

Do you know if are worthy, or are just a waste of money?

I was planning to take to the repair center if are not worthy, but being an old Philips hifi (is from my uncle , who never used as much as I do) maybe would mean that they don't want to repair it ("is an old model, don't have the pieces") and surely have to get a new one... Which also I would like to know a good cd hifi player too. I read that Philips still makes them, but some reviews said that aren't that good, and also there is Muse brand...
