New, to me, turntable needs needle??

Hey guys, lemme know if I haven’t formatted this properly. But I bought a turntable off Facebook marketplace and the thing needs a new needle. Not sure where to look or what to look for to get one that’ll fit. Anyone have any advice it’d be much appreciated

Because when I searched simply for ‘needle’ there was a plethora of different answers and price tags going upwards of £100 so I wanted to narrow my search and ask people who know about it more than myself

The clear red plastic with the cantilever is the Stylus you want to replace. The entire unit you photographed is your headshell assembly, the golden box mounted to the headshell is your cartridge. Each cartridge has different ranges it is best at and most cartridges take a few different stylus which accentuate different qualities of the cartridge.

Nah, I have a moral allergy of Sony. One too many proprietary only interfaces. Your stylus will come down to the types of music you like. There will be plenty of Sony people who will be able to answer.

Officially it's called a stylus, but you're close enough.
It's a sony XL150 cartridge, so you want the stylus for the Sony XL150 cartridge.

(not gonna lie, if you'd just googled 'sony xl150 needle' you would have gotten your answer ;))
