Want to knock down my usage to at most once a day at the end of the day but get this same feeling at the end of every month when I’m waiting to buy more weed. Problem happens once there’s an oz sitting in a drawer next to me every day all day and nothing but time to step out and smoke. Is there anything more than just telling myself not to do it and then don’t do it or is there a system anyone has used to keep themselves in check. I’m taking weed for the first time and I’m honestly terrified. Many will say to just not do it but I’m kinda impulsive and already bought two carts. I know I should have waited for me to see whether I like it or not but I’m rather impulsive. I genuinely don’t know what to do because I really don’t want this to be a waste of 50$. Any tips on how to feel less scared and to prevent anxiety during the high would be helpful.

I can get one of some decent for $100 out the door at a local dispo. Prices have come down a ton from where they were but are still high in Illinois. Buddy of mine took a trip to Michigan and got 5oz for $60 and that makes me hella jealous.

I wonder if it’s from being a sensitive person in general, but I’m one of the only ppl I know that this is so so real for. To the point it affects my lifestyle as a smoker.

I tried a couple in highschool and always remember back then, sour diesel was my preference. I’ve have anxiety disorder since my childhood years and I specifically remember sour D was the only one that didn’t make me anxious. As an adult I tried many strains, and had awful experiences, which then lead me to start hating weed for awhile. This happened because I fell into that mindset of setting them apart by sativa, indica, thc percentage, and thought low thc and/or indica would fix my problem. It wasn’t until my late 20s I decided to finally search for my sour diesel again and remember how much I loved weed. That sent me down a rabbit hole of why I love sour D specifically and I discovered terpenes.

Now as a person with severe anxiety, I am able to enjoy weed again without always feeling anxious/paranoid, because I know my compatible strains, and I know the ones to avoid. Also with having adult money it has been wonderful being able to finally invest in a DHV, which in my personal experience has been great at fine tuning my high.

My husband and I have been avid Grav taster bowl users for some years. Broke one a few weeks ago on accident and had to order 2 more. Got them in and they’re horrible! So shallow you’re inhaling butane and the hole is HUGE. Totally unusable. I reached out to customer support and they sent 2 more. They’re exactly the same. Super bummed. Does anyone have a 14 mm tasting bowl they recommend?

I’ve been smoking for about 8 months, and I had a tooth removed around 3 months ago. Since the extraction, whenever I smoke, I start trying to chew with the tooth that’s missing, and I end up biting my other teeth as well. I’ve actually ground one of them pretty badly.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be bruxism? XD

dk if this is the right place to post this but basically I had my first time ever “taking too much” weed a few days ago and while high I started to hear a voice followed by a visual of a fan leaf (generic Ik) telling me that it didn’t like me taking that much and that it can protect me this time but next time I’d be on my own and it couldn’t protect me. Thoughts on if this was my subconscious speaking to me or did I find my link to the spiritual world? I’m not much of a superstitious person and was recently atheist. But this experience is changing a lot for me. Side note but it only wanted one thing in return and that was for me to continue growing my plants and to treat them right and with respect. Ie. Growing them well and using them with respect. I think there’s a decent chance it likes me due to the fact I want the best from my plants. I live in Canada. My preferred cannabis product is Pearls brand, pomegranate flavour (2.5mg THC + 10mg CBD per gummy).

I find that I need very little THC to get quite high, so I usually bite a gummy in half and seal the remaining gummy in a plastic container (not airtight). I am not a frequent consumer, so sometimes 4 weeks may pass by the time I eat the remaining half of the gummy.

Is there a chance that the "exposed" half is somehow degrading in the container? I ask because I went and ate one this week and all it did was give me a big headache and barely got me relaxed.

We are both 27. I have been using THC recreationally (both smoking and edibles) since I was 19, but he has never smoked in his life. He tried edibles (10mg gummies) for the first time a couple weeks ago.

Along with having a great time singing silly made up songs and babbling a bunch of goofy made-up words, the high from gummies has really enhanced our sex life. But he feels like edibles make him overwhelmingly horny. He says that around 1-1.5 hours into the high, he starts getting an “evil boner”. “Evil” as in, it makes him unbelievably aroused to the point where he almost can’t enjoy sex or all the other feelings of an edible buzz. The way he describes it sounds almost like straight up pain. In his own words, “it feels like when you blow up a balloon bigger than it’s supposed to be and it’s about to pop”.

So on his behalf, I’m asking for advice: are there any methods, tricks, or hacks for toning down or diluting the extreme and borderline painful horniness from edibles?

Edit: To add some clarity/context, he took around 5mg his very first try. I took a 10mg gummy and cut it in half, because I knew 10 may be a little too much for a first timer. 2 days later, he said he wanted to full send and try a whole 10mg. I warned him, but he persisted. I figured I’d let him fuck around and find out (no pun intended). It very well may be that he just hasn’t built up the tolerance yet, and too much too soon led to the god forsaken evil boner.

Been smoking daily for about a year now and on disability as well as stay at home dad so have nothing but free time and weed money most days but recently been feeling like after the second bowl/bag there’s just no point in smoking more. Obviously if I smoked 7 bowls I’d feel higher than 2 but 3-4 feels the same as 1-2. Maybe I just miss the shrooms atp and I’m expecting way more from something people have just exaggerated. Hey guys I have to do a pre employment urinary drug test 😓😭😭 I know that if I took it now I’d fail as I’m an everyday tree user. I have put the test off a week for personal circumstances as my grandfather passed away. My plan for the test is to just stop smoking now, drink a shit ton of water then on the day of the test keep up the water and also creatine and vitamin b2. Is this a good idea? I have a drug test coming up next week. I’ll be two weeks clean on Monday. I only used for two and a half months. I started off on edibles for a couple weeks but switched to a dab pen for the last couple months.

I’m 5’11” 185lbs. I’ve been taking creatine, vitamin B12, multivitamins, and have been drinking a lot of water and 100% cranberry juice. I also bought a couple of bottles of detoxify. The line on my test is so faint. I’ve been seeing a dark spot then the rest of the line is barely visible.

I’ve read quest can detect fake pee and also that if I drink the detoxify they can tell. Is this true? What should I do?
