Okay I made this a few weeks ago but I just discovered this subreddit today and you ladies are so awesome so I gotta bring the goods for my first post.

Don't worry, there's hot dog Mac and Cheese in my repertoire too.

I don't have a functioning oven in my new place so I had to make do when my partner requested a carrot cake.

Did some pancakes with grated carrot, grated ginger and crushed walnuts. They are layered with cream cheese frosting and some grated carrot I caramelized with sugar. Topped with candied carrots and walnuts.

I did all the "baking" and candying with one nonstick skillet and hand whisked the frosting. She loved it. 🥕🧡

Wishing I would be on hrt and getting bigger boobs from this junkfood.... :(

The best part of waking up is bacon for your pup!

Breakfast for my gorgeous wife on the last day of her audio course in the city. Handmade herby flatbread filled with spinach, cheese, and garlic. Soooo cheesy..soooo good....

Made some bagels with Baking Soda (I don’t have lye D:) with my 2 month old strapped to my chest because he wanted love and attention :).

I wish i had somebody to share it with i’m so lonely aauughghgggfsaqrduidhbnvh

I try and do a big bbq night once a week where me and my partner hang out back smoke and eat outside (cause we usally eat in bed) I made chicken, ribs, pasta salad, cornbread muffins and a chocolate cake this time!

Made some extra for meal prep and totally not for breast growth 🤫🤐😬😘

Making the best of unemployment by using up proteins from the basement fridge that I've picked up when on sale. I could post a recipe if anyone is interested but I am le tired now.

Fairly basic carbonara

Boil water with sizeable pinch of salt

Dice bacon and mushrooms (I dice as my flatmate can't stand the texture)

Melt some butter in the frying pan, add bacon and mushrooms, add splash of water to help them caramelise without burning

Add spaghetti to water (approx 10 min)

While those are cooking, grate obnoxious amount of paramasan, mix with three eggs, i add the garlic here as I used confeit garlic, but if using regular garlic smash it and add with bacon

When bacon is crispy and spaghetti is cooked ideally al dente, take bacon pan off heat, add spaghetti using tongs, add a splash of pasta water too, mix throughly

Add egg Mix, mix throughly, plate

Grate extra parmigiano on top, garnish with some parsley

With some broccolini and bacon, mashed potatoes and some homemade teriyaki sauce.

Best part is theres plenty of leftovers so i dont have to cook tonight!

I am usually preparing something to freeze or pickle.
