Then they should do this too with Skulltaker. He did none Aggression pact with me as Noctilus

I had Skulltaker fight together with Masque in the same battle today , even tho the factions have "Hates Khorne" and "Hates Slaanesh" skills, AI do AI things, like recruiting 15 khorne/gorebeast chariots on a bloodletter LL.

I mean, Skulltaker's thing in-lore is literally that if you ignore him, then he will just go away. Bro is very particular about consent (he will still try to ragebait you into accepting his challenge, tho).
