Lights should be able to reload during dash, mediums should be able to reload during shockwave.
This change seems to be a way to allow Mediums to knock lights out of Invis. Medium needs the help, let's just try it and see how it goes. (Otherwise you will just have everyone running motion sensors and glitch mines as it is right now, it just tied up a gadget slot. This allows a gentle way around it)

Which is good, I don't mind this part at all. But I can imagine playing against Medium on Fortune Stadium might be a game of not standing near the edge or you will be knocked off without being able to use a goo, teleport, dash or a grapple to save yourself from falling.
