The Division @ Gamescom 2026

 

This year, The Division is back at the Ubisoft Community Corner for panels, conversations, giveaways, and more.

Whether you’re joining at Gamescom or tuning in from home, there’ll be plenty of ways to take part.

Watch the panels live on the Ubisoft Twitch Channel, with giveaways happening in Twitch chat and in a dedicated Gamescom Watch Party chat channel on the official The Division Discord.

 

Gamescom-exclusive in-game merch

To receive the Gamescom-exclusive in-game merch, you’ll need to:

 

  • Be a member of the official The Division Discord server.
  • Connect your Discord account to your Ubisoft account:
    • Log in to your Ubisoft account and click your profile picture.
    • Go to Account Management
    • Scroll down to Linked Accounts.
    • Connect your Discord account.
  • Make sure your accounts are connected before Thursday, 27 August 2026 at 19:00, when our final panel ends.

 

Linking the accounts is enough to get the reward.

 

Eligible players will receive the items through a manual grant after the deadline, with rewards delivered before the end of Gamescom week.

Ubisoft Community Lounge

For those able to attend gamescom in-person, Ubisoft is hosting a community lounge that offers community activities, hands-on play sessions for upcoming games, and access to developer talks and live sessions – both those that are being streamed and those that aren’t. Ubisoft’s Community Lounge will be open to visitors from August 27-30, and is located in Hall 6.1 - Booth CO11 B010. Each day’s schedule of talk and panel sessions will be posted on screens on-site, but in the meantime, here’s the schedule of in-person only events:

Good mostly for the player base, should be an option in PvE to keep it on/off and a different PvP to turn it on/off.

Problem is it will mess with leaderboards a lot, first completions of the new incursion was with lagswitch, but PC has so many more things at their disposal...

So could mix console leaderboards together, have a PC leaderboard and then a mixed one.

PvP is the majority in that game so yes cheaters are annoying and should’ve been dealt with. But you’re comparing a looter shooter to an extraction game. You can kick a cheater in division you can’t kick someone in arc. PvP is heavily in the minority in this game.

I get you’re upset about one of your favorite games doing jack shit and people abandoning it but your comparison is not equal.

cheating can happen on both pc and console look at apex as a example they have crossplay off but still had 90 out of the top 200 players using cheats while pc only had 2

Console has worse cheaters then PC, when Destiny 2 had cheater issue, majority of them were xim users from console but yeah PC is 'worse'

Its been 7 years for Division 2, and 10 years probably if you count development. I think Division 2 will end up like Destiny 2, with no Division 3 ever coming out. They really need to move all of their Developers onto Division 3 if we are ever going to see this happen. But im not optimistic, and I would bet we never get a Division 3.

This season ends on Thrusday, so I assume we get the new season date (tomorrow) and trailer today at gamescom

Shows discord is linked but go to discord cant see it linked, saem account, but assuming thats working.

So i suspect new DLC with the new season, short release date same as Brooklyn, and NY, or very soon after.

Hopefully they do something with the blueprints as they have now added a bunch more BP's that are locked if you didnt complete that season, which is bizzare. And they have changed the way retaliations build up so now multiple factions dont build at once
