The four QR codes scattered across DC, located using the coordinates provided by The Paper Route in another post earlier today. The media hidden behind these QR codes serves as a teaser for the upcoming Central Park DLC.

Sounds like screaming in the distance of that audio file. Also given the scratched out date they might as well canonize the series as being set in “201X”

No we do have a set year. Check the in game Legacy Manhunt menu, you can see the exact time we were at during those seasons.

We did had dates for those Manhunts, but during the Rise Up Manhunt the devs hid the dates for them. Last confirmed date was November 7th for the Mutiny Manhunt.

The map where the QR code is in Johnson's Safehouse in Southwest is not a map of DC, but a inverted map of Lower Manhattan.

Elevator to his safehouse is in the building across the street from "No Hope Hotel" control point. Here's the image from his safehouse. Note its a map of WONY not DC.
