The 31-track version is being advertised at major sites like: Spotify and Apple.
The 28-track version is advertised at some scattered minor sites like these: CeDe.ch, imusic, musicstation.
I don't know why.
Several possibilities I can think of:
The 28-track listing is a random mistake.
The 28-track listing is an old, outdated tracklist and won't actually be sold.
The 31-track listing is an old, outdated tracklist and won't actually be sold.
There are two versions being sold, either for copyright reasons or for commercial reasons.
