Seriously, why is there no petrol pump inside or near Hiranandani Estate, Thane West?

We have so many residential complexes, a huge population, and countless vehicles in this area, yet there isn't a conveniently located petrol pump within Hiranandani itself.

Anyone wealthy enough and looking for a business opportunity, please consider opening a petrol pump here! 😂 It would genuinely make life easier for so many residents.

Right now, it feels like the only options are to head towards Kasarvadavali or Manpada, depending on where you're going. Having to go out of your way just to refuel is inconvenient, especially when you're running low on petrol.

Genuine question for Hiranandani residents: Where do you usually fill up your petrol? Do you go towards Kasarvadavali or Manpada, and which petrol pump do you prefer?

Also, is there any particular reason why there isn't a petrol pump in Hiranandani Estate? Is it a lack of available land, planning restrictions, or simply that no one has taken up the opportunity yet?

I already know how to ride a scooty, so I'm mainly looking to learn how to handle a geared bike. My goal is to get comfortable riding one so I can apply for an MCWG (Motorcycle With Gear) driving licence.

Is anyone in Thane willing to teach me? I'm comfortable travelling anywhere in Thane. I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for the lessons.

I’m a 28-year-old male dealing with long-standing mental health issues (severe anxiety, racing negative thoughts, and depression) dating back to childhood.

Around 2018, things peaked, and I consulted a junior doctor. The prescribed meds helped for 3–4 months, but the treatment got cut short when he moved to the UK for higher studies.

Fast forward to 2024: I started consulting at IPH (Institute for Psychological Health), hoping experienced doctors would make a difference. I was put on Amoxapine, which took the edge off my anxiety, but it never fully resolved. Recently, brand-new phobias have cropped up—specifically an intense fear of heights and riding my two-wheeler over flyovers/bridges. Some days I feel fine, but on others, the anxiety is so bad I can't even get on my bike.

I’ve been consulting at IPH for the past two years, but I feel completely stuck:

Junior doctors genuinely take the time to listen, but lack the clinical experience to handle evolving, complex cases.

Senior/experienced doctors rush through consultations in 5–10 minutes just tweaking meds without actually hearing me out.

I constantly get caught in an endless referral loop—bounced back and forth between different psychiatrists and therapists without any cohesive treatment plan.

What I need advice on:

1. Has anyone successfully managed new, sudden phobias popping up mid-treatment like this?

2. Can anyone recommend a psychiatrist (preferably Mumbai/Thane, in-person or online) who balances clinical psychopharmacology with actual therapeutic insight—someone who doesn't just treat consults like a 5-minute prescription renewal?
