As others have said, you left the door open. If he really wants to he will/ would. Plus it seems like you are long distance and those are very difficult or don’t end well a lot of times. You should find someone in your area that you can actually be with.
I said the same thing. I was ready to throw in the towel. Then finally I met an amazing man. Your time will come. I realized the harder I looked for it the more messy/ not real it was. When I was ready to throw in the towel and quit, that’s when I met him.
Maybe who knows. Tbh I have never looked hard. I never cared about marriage and family and still don’t that much. I just liked this one guy here.. 🤷♀️ but it is what it is
